Abstract:

This is the first in a series of papers devoted to the development of technical tools and techniques for rapid and comprehensive analysis of the ecological status of coastal waters by optical methods. The possibilities of multi-level measurement systems for carrying out environmental monitoring of sea areas are shown. Preliminary results of monitoring for spills of pollutants formed by different oil films are obtained with stationary coastal surveillance systems for lidar diagnostics of water surface. The application of the submerged fluorometric systems to monitor the marine waters in real time is presented. The efficiency of the combined use of these systems for monitoring coastal waters is discussed.
