A parametrical model of solar haze intensity in the visible and UV ranges of the spectrum is suggested. The model is based on Monte Carlo calculations performed for a wide range of variation of the optical and geometrical conditions of observations of the Earth's surface from space. Its input parameters are the wavelength (0.2-0.8mm), meteorological visibility range (1-50 km), solar zenith angle (0-75°), altitude of the observation point above the Earth's surface (5-100 km), and zenith (0-75°) and azimuth angles (0-180°) of orientation of the receiving system. The model is characterized by a relative error of 6-13% for high receiving system altitudes (30-100 km) and an error of 9-25% for smaller altitudes (5-20 km).
