A numerical method for estimation of anisoplanatism in adaptive optics system in turbulent atmosphere was suggested. A finite value of the outer scale turbulence is taken into account. The method gives a possibility to estimate anisoplanatism in inhomogeneous atmosphere with any distributions of turbulence parameters over the path. Various distributions of Cn2 over vertical and horizontal paths have been simulated. The influence of Cn2 distribution on anisoplanatic effect is demonstrated.
