Within the framework of the theoretical model of micron-sized water droplet phase explosion upon irradiation by a powerful ultrashort laser radiation the analysis of possible thermodynamic trajectories of superheated liquid in the areas with strong plasma formation inside a particle is presented. Based on these thermodynamic paths the numerical estimations of a water vapor mass fraction released during droplet explosive boiling up are carried out.
