For the first time morphology of the new type of mid-latitude mid-scale traveling ionosphere disturbances - traveling wave packets (TWP) - is presented by using of total electron content (TEC) measurements from global net of GPS-receivers for a long period from 1998 to 2007. Total amount of the registered TWP exceeds 275 000. In the time context TWP is narrow-band TEC oscillations with duration about an hour and with period about 10-20 min. TWP is seen in general about 3 hours after morning solar terminator moving, when temporal derivatives of the TEC have reached maximum.
