Fluorescence and Raman scattering of light by active molecules of a spherical microparticle in stationary and nonstationary modes of excitation are studied by methods of statistical physics based on the open-resonator theory. Temporal and spectral characteristics of emitted light into microcavety were found. Expressions are obtained for differential cross sections of the nonstationary scattering by water droplet.
