The emission spectra of the optical breakdown, exited by Ti-sapphire laser pulses with a duration of 50 and 650 fs in marine and distilled water, was experimentally observed in this work. The results of the temporal dependence of the intensity of emission lines NaI (588.9 nm) and MgII (279.5 nm) are presented. Detection limit concentration of Na in aqueous solution of NaCl at 10-6 grams per litre was obtained.
