Abstract:
Results of complex measurements of atmospheric electrical and meteorological values and analysis of there variations for both good weather and prestorm situations are presented. It was fined that prestorm changes distort directional correlations connections between atmospheric electrical and meteorological values. Also it was determined the connection between the increase of the cloud amount attended by increasing variability of the atmospheric electrical field and the occurrence of the additional components in coherence spectra of electrical and meteorological values.
