Abstract:
Based on the Taylor series expansion of the quality functional for adaptive optical system near the extreme point there was developed a technique for estimation the control channel noise effects on the Strell factor. Potential statistical characteristics of the Strell factor for Gaussian and Poisson noises were evaluated.
