This paper considers the spread of aerosol and gaseous sulfur and nitrogen compounds obtained from experimental data and results of numerical simulation for Baykal Lake region. From measurement results, aerosol mass concentration was estimated, as well as the size spectrum (up to 100 mm) and chemical composition. Using a 3-D numerical model of pollution spread and transformation, averaged fields of sulfur and nitrogen oxides, as well as sulfates and nitrates were calculated that well agree with the experimental data.
