Abstract:
Dynamic response functions of bimorph mirrors were studied both theoretically and experimentally. To this end a stroboscope-type Fizeau interferometer was constructed. Experimental data and theoretical calculations showed the static response functions to be only slightly different from the dynamic functions up to frequencies w0/3 (w0 is the first resonance frequency).
